Are mentors required to have specific qualifications?
No. We welcome professionals from all fields and career stages. The most important qualification is genuine care and willingness to share your knowledge and experience.
How much time does mentoring actually take?
Most mentors dedicate 2- 4 hours per month to their scholars—sometimes a single monthly meeting, sometimes split across check-ins.
Can I mentor if I'm early in my career?
Absolutely. In fact, many scholars benefit from mentors who are just a few steps ahead, who remember the challenges of getting started, and can relate to their journey.
Can Mentoring be done online?
Of course, it can be done online as per mutual convenient timings of mentor and mentee.
